Javier Diaz

Javier Diaz comes from humble beginnings having been raised in the small farming community of Gridley, California.  The oldest of 5, he learned the importance of a strong work ethic at an early age. Growing up in his close-knit community, he also developed a deep sense of responsibility and a passion for giving back to others, especially the Latino community.

In 2010, Javier co-founded OSI Engineering with the vision of providing leading global technology firms with the innovation power needed to deliver products and solutions that drive today's digital age and new experience economy. Under his leadership, OSI has built a 14-year reputation for offering top-tier Technology Workforce Solutions to some of the world's most renowned companies, including startups and Forbes 100 companies. With a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), he has integrated these elements into OSI’s services and values which has led to a culture of innovation and excellence within OSI and among clients.

Even with great success, Javier has never forgotten his roots and has leveraged his journey to pay forward. Since founding OSI, he has been deeply involved in various programs and initiatives that support advanced education and entrepreneurial development. Javier was nominated for Ernst and Young’s 2025 Entrepreneur of the Year for his leadership, innovative vision, and commitment to diversity and workforce transformation.
