Sylvia Bonilla-Zizumbo

Sylvia Bonilla Zizumbo is a Silicon Valley-based Career & Leadership Coach and Consultant with over 25 years of professional experience, spending the last 17 years of her corporate career at Google. She works with individuals and organizations on employee engagement, career strategy, professional development, authentic leadership, and creating a strengths-based culture. She is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.

In addition to helping professionals to take ownership of their careers, Sylvia is passionate about advancing the lives of Latinos and women. She is a Career Coach for the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley's Latina Economic Advancement Program (LEAP). She also volunteers as an Executive Coach for Women's Impact Alliance, a non-profit focused on advancing women's leadership.

A 1995 graduate of SJSU, Sylvia received a B.S. in Advertising from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The SJSU Latino Alumni Network (LAN).
